Resource Assessment on the Economic Viability of the Millstone Nuclear Generating Facilities
LAI prepared a resource assessment of the Millstone nuclear plant in accord with Governor Malloy’s Executive Order No. 59 and an October 2017 bill requiring DEEP and PURA to assess the current and projected economic conditions of the nuclear plant, as well as impacts from retiring the nuclear facility on reliability and emissions in the state.
