LAI prepared a report that quantifies the costs and benefits of both conventional and unconventional resource options that are available to meet the State of Maryland’s long-term energy requirements. The Task 3 report, prepared with Kaye Scholer LLP and SEMCAS Consulting, is part of an assignment designed to assist State policymakers in making choices among discrete resource options. The Task 3 report was published on November 30, 2007 and can be found on the Maryland Public Service Commission website.
