The presentation covered supply trends and related issues for oil, natural gas, coal, and uranium. August, 2009: LAI was retained by Bayonne Energy Center, LLC, to evaluate a proposed 512-MW peaker plant that would be interconnected from NJ into NYC via an underwater HVAC cable. LAI forecasted the plant’s operating regime, its impact on market energy and capacity prices and its impact on regional NOx emissions. |
