February, 2008: The Web site for the Ameren Illinois Utilities 2008 Procurement is now available. |

December, 2007: The Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) issued an order in Docket No. 07-0527 approving the Ameren Illinois Utilities initial procurement plan that identified the portfolio of power and energy products to be procured in an upcoming RFP for the period June 2008 through May 2009. The ICC also approved the selection of LAI as the Procurement Administrator. LAI will design and implement the procurement RFPs, manage the procurement process, and evaluate bids received for energy, capacity and renewable energy credits. |

December, 2007: LAI prepared a report that quantifies the costs and benefits of both conventional and unconventional resource options that are available to meet the State of Maryland’s long-term energy requirements. The Task 3 report, prepared with Kaye Scholer LLP and SEMCAS Consulting, is part of an assignment designed to assist State policymakers in making choices among discrete resource options. The Task 3 report was published on November 30, 2007 and can be found on the Maryland Public Service commission website. |
